  • Why should I book using this website?

    By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

  • What time is check in?

    Standard check in time is 2pm. The self-service check in kiosk won’t accept checking in prior to this.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, check in is from 2pm till 12 midnight on the day of your arrival.

  • Do you have undercover parking?

    Yes, 9 rooms out of the 14 motel rooms have undercover parking & The Conductors Quarters has a secure undercover garage. 

  • Are you non-smoking?

    Yes, all motel rooms and The Conductors Quarters are Non-smoking. The only designated area to smoke is on the outdoor deck at the rear of the motel. 

  • Do you serve breakfast & dinner at your facility?

    No, we do not provide any meals onsite. Located only 100m down the road is a local bakery which is open 6 days a week and a further 200m down is the main street where you will find other eateries.

  • Do you have BBQ facilities?

    We have an electric stovetop and cookware that is available to all guests staying with us. This is located on the back deck seating area at the rear of the motel. 

  • Do you allow Pets?

    No, we are NOT a pet friendly motel

  • Do you provide rollaway beds for extra guests?

    No, all rooms have their max guest capacity per room. Double rooms are 2 max, Twin rooms are 3 max, Family rooms are 4 max and The Conductors Quarters is 6 max. We do not allow extra children/adults in the rooms. Charges apply if extra guests are in rooms. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before your arrival date. The guest will be charged the total cost of their accommodation if they cancel within 2 days of their arrival.
